Job Description

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills    

• At least 5+ years total experience as ETL Developer (Datastage) and must have worked on Version 8.5 and above
• Good knowledge of  Oracle DB.Understand and write complex SQL and PL/SQL Queries
• Excellent knowledge of Unix Scripts
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Experience in Performance Tuning of ETL/UNIX/Oracle code.
• Experience in data warehousing and ETL job designs.
• Strong business/functional analysis skills and an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good knowledge of various modules of healthcare and retail domain

Roles and responsibility   

• Understand Business/Functional/Technical Requirements.
• Performing the data analysis using SQL queries.
• Create and review Technical Design Document for requirements.
• Create and review UTC, STC, LLD for release requirements.
• Support QA testing.
• Production monitoring after release deployment.
• Participate in onsite and offshore call.
• Able to work with Business users and understand requirement.
• Ability to take ownership and initiative

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:-  Good knowledge of other ETL tools

Total experience in required skill (years)     5+ years
